Yes, you can! Even though Naborly does not have an Application specific to guarantors/co-signers at this time, you can still screen guarantors and we would recommend doing so to capture the guarantor's financial ability to cover rent on behalf of the tenant (or should the tenant default).
All you need to do is obtain the guarantor's email address, then send them an application the same way you would to a prospective tenant. Simply log into your account at Naborly.com and click "Start Screening":
