If the applicant submitted documents that could not be verified by Naborly's standards, they will be notified about this and will have 48 hours to replace their documents.
If they do not submit any new documents, the 48 hour window will close and the status of their Application will return to "Screening Completed". Once the 48 hours time out, the applicant will not be able to re-upload new documents.
If they would like to re-open the screening, they will need to contact you first and then you can reach out to us to re-open the screening. You can give us a call at 1-844-622-6759 or send us an email at email@example.com.
Note: Once the applicant re-submits new documents, Naborly will re-screen their Application and produce an updated Naborly Report for you.
