In most cases, you will only be able to upload one document for each current income source that you have claimed in your Naborly Application.
If you include a multi-page document like a bank statement or an employment contract, we recommend using a digital PDF copy of this document. Most banks have a digital PDF file of your full monthly statement available online. If you do not know how to access this, please contact your bank to learn more.
If you do not have access to a digital PDF of your document, you can also take a photo of the documents laid out next to each other, and upload that photo to the Application.
If you have a scanner, you can scan multiple pages and save them as a PDF, then upload the PDF to the application.
Finally, you can use free websites like this one to merge multiple documents into one file: https://smallpdf.com/blog/merge-jpg.
Please ensure that the photo you upload includes all of the following information:
- Include your full legal name
- Be dated within the last 30 days
- Have your employer/income sources name, and their contact information (e.g. formal letter head, company address or phone number, name clearly in bank statement, etc.)
- Show your income and how often you receive that payment
Note: For family support, self-employed, contract, and commission income sources, you will be prompted with two boxes to upload two different income documents.
