If you are on the Documents section of the Application and are unable to upload your ID documents, income documents, or pet pictures, here's how you can do so:
Browse Files
1. Select the type of document you will be uploading onto the Application.
2. Press the button located at the bottom right corner.
3. Your desktop folder will pop-up. Double-click on the document you wish to upload.
4. The document should appear in the box on the Application page.
5. Make sure to read through the document requirements, and check each one if the document meets that requirement.
6. Once you are able to check off each box and verify that your document matches the requirements, press Upload picture.
7. Once you press the Upload picture button, you should see this appear:
8. Then, press Continue to upload your other documents and submit your Application.
Drag and Drop
1. Select the type of document you will be uploading onto the Application.
2. Open your desktop folder and choose the document you wish to upload.
3. Click and hold on the document you will be uploading, and drag the document into the Drag and Drop box on your Naborly page. The document should appear in the box on the Application page.
5. Make sure to read through the document requirements, and check each one if the document meets that requirement.
6. Once you are able to check off each box and verify that your document matches the requirements, press Upload picture.
7. Once you press the Upload picture button, you should see this appear:
8. Then, press Continue to upload your other documents and submit your Application.
Altering Document Format and Size
PDF format
- Recreate the PDF with Adobe Distiller set to “lowest file size”
- Ensure that all images in the PDF are set to 96 DPI (dots per inch)
- Remove all unnecessary images
JPG/JPEG format
- Scan your document at a lower DPI
- Remove all empty space around the image
- Shrink the image
- Reduce the JPG image quality
PNG format
- Scan your document at a lower DPI
- Crop the image to remove any empty space around it
- Shrink the image
- Save the file in JPG format instead
