There are a few reasons why you may not be able to access your Naborly Reports. Please read these tips to learn the possible reasons:
- Your Landlord ID hasn't been verified yet
- The Application hasn't been screened yet
- The tenant uploaded corrupt documents in their Application
- Your firewall is blocking your access or your internet connection is poor
Your Landlord ID hasn't been verified yet
Only verified Landlord accounts will be able to access their Naborly Reports. Ensure that you have uploaded a non-expired, government-issued photo ID to your account, and that your ID has been verified (please allow 24 hours for processing).
The Application hasn't been screened yet
The full Naborly Report including the credit information will be accessible only after the tenant submits their Application and Naborly screens the Application. Once the screening is complete, you will be notified via email that the Report is ready for your review. Learn more about what our application statuses mean HERE.
The tenant uploaded corrupt documents in their Application
If the tenant has uploaded a password protected document or a corrupt file, it may corrupt the entire Report and prevent you from being able to view the printer-friendly version of the Naborly Report. You will still be able to view the Report in its normal form, but you may not be able to view the tenant's documents.
We do reach out to the tenant directly when they provide such documents, and once the tenant replaces the corrupt documents with viewable documents, you will be able to access the printer-friendly version.
Your firewall is blocking your access or your internet connection is poor
Check that your internet connection is strong; you may need to contact your internet provider directly to ensure you have a stable and secure connection. If your company has enabled firewall on your computer, you may also need to contact your IT administrator to disable your firewall settings.
