Please be aware: The Naborly Report is a summary of the screening that we do on the prospective tenant. This Report is not made available for Applicants to view.
There are a few reasons why you may not be able to access your applicant's Naborly Report. Please check that all of the following has been done:
- Your Landlord ID has been verified
- The Application has been screened
- The tenant uploaded viewable documents in their Application
- You have disabled your firewall and your internet connection is strong
Your Landlord ID has been verified
Only verified Landlord accounts will be able to access their Naborly Reports. Ensure that you have uploaded a non-expired, government-issued photo ID to your account, and that your ID has been verified (please allow 24 hours for processing).
The Application has been screened
The full Naborly Report including the credit information will be accessible only after the tenant submits their Application and Naborly screens the Application. Once the screening is complete, you will be notified via email that the Report is ready for your review. Learn more about what our application statuses mean HERE.
The tenant uploaded viewable documents in their Application
If the tenant has uploaded a password protected document or a corrupt file, it may corrupt the entire Report and prevent you from being able to view the printer-friendly version of the Naborly Report. You will still be able to view the Report in its regular format, but you may not be able to view the tenant's documents.
We reach out to the tenant directly when they provide corrupt documents, and once the tenant replaces the corrupt documents with viewable documents, you will be able to access the printer-friendly version.
You have disabled your firewall and your internet connection is strong
If your company has enabled firewall on your computer, you may need to contact your IT administrator to disable your firewall settings. Check that your internet connection is strong; you may need to also contact your internet provider to ensure you have a stable and secure connection. I
