If your prospective tenants haven't submitted their Application yet, you can send them a reminder via the Naborly dashboard.
Follow these steps to send a reminder:
On a desktop
1. Log into your Naborly Landlord Account and select the Applications view
2. Press this icon 
next to the applicant you would like to send a reminder to
3. Press Send Reminder
4. Press Send
5. A confirmation will appear on the bottom left hand side of the page once you have successfully sent out the email reminder:
On a mobile
1. Log into your Naborly Landlord Account
2. Press Send Reminder next to the applicant you would like to send a reminder to
3. Press Send
4. A confirmation will appear on the bottom left hand side of the page once you have successfully sent out the email reminder:
Once these steps are completed, your prospective tenants will receive an email reminding them to complete the Naborly Application.
