1. Ensure that you are signed into your Naborly account and that your Application is open.
2. If you have previously saved your Application and created an account, but your information has not re-loaded, don't panic. There should be a "Load Saved Information" button in blue text near the top right-hand corner of the Application.
3. Once you press "Load Saved Information", all your previously saved information should re-populate.
4. Please go page by page to make sure that all the pages contain your information. The "Load Saved Information" button should appear at the top of each page.
Important: Please use an updated browser like Google Chrome to ensure that the "Load Saved Information" button appears on each page of the Application.
