If you are experiencing technical issues, here are some common causes for technical difficulties.
Out of Date Internet Browser
Technical issues with the Naborly website or Application are often due to an issue with your internet browser settings.
While our Application and website is compatible with most of the latest browsers, we suggest using the most updated version of Google Chrome which you can download here for free.
Chrome can be downloaded to any device from laptops, to smartphones, or tablets. It is generally supported on all of these devices.
We do not recommend Internet Explorer.
Backlog of Cookies and Cache on Internet Browser
If you are already using Chrome and still experiencing issues, you may need to clear your cookies and cache. This will help your browser work faster and smoother.
Please check the following step-by-step instructions on how to clear your cookies/cache on Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
.
- Click More tools
Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose the time range to be All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
Your browser will refresh and you will have to log into your Naborly account again. At this point, the Naborly website should work smoothly for you.
Pop-up/Ad Blockers on Internet Browser
When trying to access the Report, if you have a pop-up blocker or ad blocker installed on your browser, the Report may not load. Your browser might be blocking popups, preventing the Report from opening. You can allow pop-ups as follows:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
and then Settings.
- At the very bottom, click Advanced.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Content settings.
- Click Popups.
- At the top, turn the setting to Allowed. This will allow popups on every website.
- If you want to allow popups just for Naborly, under "Allow" at the bottom, click ADD and add "app.naborly.com" as a "Site".
Trouble with Device
If you have tried all of the above and are still having trouble accessing your Naborly Account or Application, it could be your device. We suggest you try using a different device if you have access to one.
Supported devices include: Smartphones, Laptop/Desktop Computers, iPads/Tablets.
