Generally, we discourage you from uploading screenshots of your online bank account as they tend not to meet our income verification criteria. If you choose to upload a screenshot, it must show the following:
- Your name
- The document date within 30 days
- The name of your employer / source of income
- Your full month of income (if you are paid weekly or bi-weekly, it must show the full month's transactions)
- The income must match the income (after tax) that you stated in your application
If the statement on your online banking app does not show all of the criteria above, we suggest you log into your online banking on a computer or mobile device, and access your full monthly e-statement. You can download this statement in PDF format onto your device. Contact your financial institution if you do not know how to access this e-statement.
