If we were unable to verify one of your documents in your Application, you will receive an email inviting you to replace the original unverified document (see example below). You will then have 48 hours to replace your document.

Unverified ID Document
If your ID document was unverified, we won't be able to retrieve your Credit Report from Equifax. Possible reasons are:
- The picture or details are unclear
- The name on the document doesn't match the name in your Application
- The birthdate on the document doesn't match the birthdate in your Application
- The document has expired
Unverified Income / Employment Document
If your income document was unverified, we won't be able to fully verify your income and/or employment. Possible reasons are:
- The image is not clear and/or is not listed as an acceptable document in the Application
- The name on the document does not match your name in the Application
- The document is not dated within 30 days
- The employer/source of income name or contact details are not shown
- The document does not clearly state the net amount of salary earned
- The income shown in the document does not match the total income that you stated in the Application
