If you have received an email notifying that your prospective tenant has submitted unverified documents, the Application status will now say Additional Information Requested. The tenant has already been notified about their unverified documents and asked to upload verifiable documents.
To learn which documents were unverified and the reasons why, you will need to sign into your Naborly Landlord account and view your Naborly Report.
1. Press View Report beside the Applicant's name
On a desktop:
On a mobile:
2. Navigate to the Key Risks section of the Report to learn why the document was unverified. This section is found after the Secondary Analysis section and before the Credit Summary section
Once you have reviewed the Report, you can do one of the following:
1. Wait for your tenants to upload new documents
Tenants have 48 hrs to replace their unverified documents. If they choose not to re-upload a new document, then the screening will automatically complete once the 48 hrs expire. If they choose to re-upload a new document, the Application will be re-screened and the updated Naborly Report will be generated.
2. Complete screening as is
If you choose to Complete Screening, the Report is finalized and the tenant will no longer be able to replace their unverified documents. After this, you will no longer have the option to request additional documents.
