If you have received an email notification stating that your prospective Tenant has submitted an Invalid Document, you have the following options:
- See the reasons why the document was unverified (View Report)
- Request new documents
- Complete screening
See the reasons why the document was unverified (View Report)
1. Log into your Naborly Landlord account or click on Applications
2. Select the Menu next to the Tenant's name and click on View Report
3. The Key Risks section of the report will explain why the document was unverified
Request New Documents
Applicants have 48hrs to replace the document. If they do not, then the screening will be automatically completed. Once a new document is submitted, the application will be re-screened and a new Report generated.
Once you Complete Screening, the Report is finalized. After this, you will no longer have the option to request additional documents.
