If you have received an email notification stating that your prospective Tenant has submitted an Unverified Document, you will notice that the Application status now says Additional Documents Requested. This means that the tenant has already been notified and asked to upload better documents.

1. Log into your Naborly Landlord account or press on Applications
2. Press the View Report button beside or below the Applicant's name

3. The Key Risks section of the report will explain why the document was unverified. This section is found just after the Secondary Analysis and just before the Credit Summary
Uploading New Documents
When documents are unverified, the tenant will receive an email giving them the opportunity to replace the existing/unverified document with new document.
Applicants have 48hrs to replace the document. If they do not, then the screening will be automatically completed. Once a new document is submitted, the application will be re-screened and a new Report generated.
Complete Screening
If you chose to Complete Screening, the Report is finalized, and the tenant will no longer be able to replace their income or ID document. After this, you will no longer have the option to request additional documents.
